基于O2O模式下智慧社区APP的探究

Research on Smart Community APP Based on O2O Mode

基于互联网+和手机APP的快速发展。本文针对社区用户对实际生活服务需求与附近商家的供给不协调,提出了基于O2O平台的APP探究,通过对部分APP和周围目标社区的调查,对居民和商家供求进行模糊匹配,进而用SWTO分析该模式下的探究。结果表明借助互联网思维和技术手段探索社区O2O商业模式是社区提高服务业发展的一种有效措施。

Based on the rapid development of“Internet+”and mobile phone APP,aiming at the community users'uncoordinated demand and supply for real life service with the nearby businesses,this paper proposes an APP exploration based on O2O platform.Through the investigation on some APPs and surrounding target communities,the supply and demand of residents and merchants are fuzzy matched,and then the SWTO is used to analyze the exploration under this mode.The results show that exploring the community O2O business model through internet thinking and technology is an effective measure for community to improve the development of the service industry.
