摘要
在LTCC多层基板制备中撕膜工艺应用广泛,撕膜质量的好坏会影响整个生产的质量,本文从撕膜原理出发,通过对设备、工艺等方面的研究解决了撕膜过程中的难题,给出撕膜方案,使撕膜质量和精度得到保证。
In the production line of LTCC raw ceramic,the technology of film tearing is widely used.The quality of film tearing affects the whole quality in product line.This article based on the principle of film tearing,through the study on the machine and technology,expounds the difficulty and gives solution to this technology,so that the quality and precision of it are guaranteed.
