槽式单面制绒插片机的研制

摘要 针对光伏太阳能行业的发展现状,提出了槽式单面制绒插片设备研制的必要性,阐述了单面制绒插片机研制攻克的技术难点:一齿双片技术、硅片搬送效率的提升、非接触吸盘设计。有效解决了人工插片造成的硅片污染和碎裂,同时降低了工人的劳动强度。 In view of the development status of photovoltaic technology,the necessity for development of automation equipment is put forward,and the technical difficulties in the process of equipment development are described:1.the technology of double pieces in one tooth,2.improving of the efficiency of solar’s transportation;3.the design of non-contact sucker.The problem of pollution and debris caused by humans are effectively solved,while the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
