牙周干预对伴2型糖尿病牙周炎大鼠血脂代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨不同牙周干预对伴2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)慢性牙周炎(Chronic Periodontitis,CP)大鼠血脂代谢的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为三组:A(对照组)、B(DM组)、C(CP+DM组)。建模成功后,将C组进行分组干预,随机分为:C1(自然进程组)、C2(基础治疗组)、C3(拔牙组),分两次对病变大鼠进行干预,在干预前一周(T1)、第一次干预后一周(T2)、第二次干预后一周(T3)采集大鼠血清,检测总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low Density Lipoprotein,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)浓度变化,对数据进行分析。结果建模成功时,C组TC,LDL-C显著高于A,B组[TC:A(1.50±0.25)mmol/L,B(1.91±0.20)mmol/L,C(7.26±4.24)mmol/L;HDL-C:A(0.44±0.08)mmol/L,B(0.65±0.19)mmol/L,C(5.97±5.42)mmol/L](P<0.05);两次干预结束后,C1,C2,C3组TC,LDL-C均有明显下降,HDL-C升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎能够加重2型糖尿病大鼠血脂代谢紊乱,牙周干预对改善血脂代谢独立影响并不明显,起到协同作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of different periodontal interventions on blood lipid metabolism in periodontitis rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:A(control group),B(DM group),C(CP+DM group).After successful modeling,Group C was randomly divided into:C1(natural process group),C2(basic treatment group),C3(extraction group).Intervene twice in diseased rats.Rats serum was collected at one week before intervention(T1),one week after the first intervention(T2)and one weeks after the second intervention(T3).Detection of Total Cholesterol(TC),Low Density Lipoprotein(LDL-C),and High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)concentrations.Analyze the data.Results When modeling is successful,the TC and LDL-C in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and B[TC:A(1.50±0.25)mmol/L,B(1.91±0.20)mmol/L,C(7.26±4.24)mmol/L;HDL-C:A(0.44±0.08)mmol/L,B(0.65±0.19)mmol/L,C(5.97±5.42)mmol/L](P<0.05);After the two interventions were completed,the TC,LDL-C in the C1,C2,and C3 groups all decreased significantly,and the HDL-C increased.,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontitis can aggravate lipid metabolism disorder in type 2 diabetic rats,Periodontal intervention has no obvious independent effect on improving blood lipid metabolism,and it plays a synergistic role.
