乌鲁木齐市6～7岁儿童口腔健康行为及其影响因素

Oral health behaviors of children aged 6-7 years in Urumqi and its influencing factors

目的研究乌鲁木齐市6-7岁儿童口腔健康行为及其影响因素。方法选取2016年5月~2017年8月于我院就诊的儿童口腔疾病患儿作为研究对象,发放调查问卷,共收回1834份调查问卷。填写调查问卷及进行口腔状况检查,分析其口腔健康行为及其影响因素。结果 1834例儿童中,有1059例(57.74%)发生口腔疾病。其中566例发生龋病,220例根尖周炎,116例乳牙滞留,93例年轻恒牙外伤,33例牙龈炎;33例口腔溃疡,经单因素分析,结果显示,儿童口腔疾病患病的影响因素包括父母监督刷牙情况、每日刷牙次数、糖摄入量、开始刷牙年龄等,Logistic回归分析结果显示,儿童口腔疾病减少发病因素包括父母监督刷牙、每日刷牙次数>2次、每日摄入糖果量<30g。结论儿童的口腔保健行为养成过程中家长尤其是母亲的口腔保健健康意识和刷牙行为非常重要,因此,对儿童而言,养成良好的饮食习惯,培养良好的刷牙习惯,对儿童的身心健康十分重要。

Objective To investigate the oral health behaviors of 6~7 year old children in Urumqi and its influencing factors.Methods Children with oral diseases in our hospital from May 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and a total of 1834 questionnaires were collected.Fill out questionnaires and conduct oral examination,analyze their oral health behaviors and its influencing factors.Results Of the 1834 children,1059(57.74%)developed oral diseases.There were 566 cases of dental caries,220 cases of periapical periodontitis,116 cases of decapatation of deciduous teeth,93 cases of young permanent teeth,33 cases of gingivitis and 33 cases of oral ulcers.The result of single factor analysis showed that the influencing factors of oral diseases in children included parents'supervision and brushing,the number of teeth brushing,sugar intake,and the age of brushing.Wait,The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the incidence of oral diseases in children included parents'supervision of brushing,daily brushing times more than 2 times,daily intake of sweets less than 30g.Conclusion The oral health care awareness and tooth brushing behavior of parents,especially mothers,are very important in developing children's oral health care behavior.Therefore,it is very important for children to develop good eating habits and cultivate good teeth brushing habits for children's physical and mental health.
