应用伢碘微创凝胶去龋技术治疗儿童龋齿的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect on the treatment of dental caries in children by using the method of local iodine minimally invasive gel decaries

目的探讨儿童龋齿采用伢碘微创凝胶去龋技术治疗的临床效果。方法本次研究对象是2016年10月~2017年10月在我院诊断为龋齿的90例儿童,对其按照随机方式分组,对照组采用以往磨牙技术治疗,观察组采用伢碘微创凝胶去龋技术治疗,分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果对比分析后,观察组患儿的疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),有差异性和统计学意义;观察组患儿治疗时间为(3.5±0.6)d,对照组为(7.8±1.5)d,相比有差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义;观察组患儿治疗后出现牙髓炎的1例,发生率为2.2%,对照组患儿治疗后出现牙髓炎的6例、填充物脱落的1例、根尖周炎7例,发生率为31.1%,相比存在差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论相比于传统磨牙技术治疗龋齿,临床中对儿童龋齿的治疗采用伢碘微创凝胶去龋技术治疗可以减轻患者的疼痛,缩短其治疗时间,有助于患者牙齿功能的恢复,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of cesium-iodine minimally invasive gel debridement in children with caries.Methods The subjects of this study were 90 children diagnosed as dental caries in our hospital from 2016.10 to 2017.10.Results After the comparison analysis,the pain degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to traditional molar technique for dental caries,the treatment of children with dental caries in clinic is based on indole-iodine in clinical practice.
