两种根管封闭剂对椭圆形根管单尖法充填效果的临床对比 被引量：2

摘要 目的比较i Root SP与AH-Plus两种根管封闭剂在椭圆形根管单尖法充填时的临床效果。方法选取在我院拔除椭圆形单根管前磨牙的患者44例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(6例阳性对照组、6例阴性对照组)及观察组(16例i Root SP组、16例AH-Plu组),比较各组的染料渗透长度。结果 i Root SP组染料渗透长度(2.15±0.5mm)与AH-Plu组(2.68±0.71mm)无显著差异(P>0.05);但与阳性对照组(12.03±0.62mm)对比,P<0.05,均有统计学意义。结论根管封闭剂i Root SP与AH-Plus在椭圆形根管单尖法充填时均有良好的效果。
