成都天府国际空港新城发展战略选择

临空地区发展是近年来城市规划和研究的热点,但目前相关规划和研究的科学性、针对性存在一定的不足,造成临空地区功能定位和发展策略有所偏差。文章基于对代表性临空地区的研究,提出了包括机场特征、城市背景和时代趋势三要素的分析框架,较为科学地研究了临空地区的功能定位以及产业、空间和交通等方面的发展策略,并将该分析框架引入到成都天府国际空港新城的规划中,对天府国际空港新城进行了系统分析,从功能定位、枢纽构建、产业选择和城市空间组织等方面提出了战略选择建议。

Airport zone development has been a hot issue of urban planning research,but relevant and plans studies are weak in rationale and pertinence,and this has led to deviation in development orientation and strategies of airport zone.The paper studies typical cases of airport zones,researches their functional orientation,industry,space,and transportation,and introduces a new analytical framework into Tianfu international airport city planning.It makes a systematic analysis of the new city,and makes suggestions from functional orientation,hub construction,industrial selection,and urban space organization.
