摘要
为探讨运输对犬的影响,本试验以拉布拉多犬为实验动物,运输前和运输2 h后分别采血,应用放射免疫、生化等方法测定血液皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素和生化指标。结果显示,运输后皮质醇(COR)浓度和谷草转氨酶(AST)比运输前显著增高(P<0.05),肌酸激酶(CK)活性极显著增高(P<0.01),促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、葡萄糖(GLU)无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,2 h运输可引起拉布拉多犬血液皮质醇、谷草转氨酶和肌酸激酶水平的变化。
In order to study the effect of transport on dogs,Labrador retrievers were chosen and blood was collected before transport andafter 2-hour transport.Then serum cortisol,adrenocorticotropic hormone and biochemical indices were determined.The results showed:the concentration of cortisol and the activity of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(AST)were significantly increased after transport(P<0.05).The activity of Creatine kinase(CK)was significantly increased(P<0.01).Adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),alanine transaminase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),glucose(GLU)had no significant difference(P>0.05).In conclusion,2-hour transport stress can induce the change of serum cortisol,AST and CK of Labrador retriever.
