Transformation of the Control System of the Old-style Warping Machine Pan Head Motor on Basis of SIEMENS S7-200 PLC

通过对老式整经机盘头电机控制系统的研究,绘制出基于SIEMENS S7-200 PLC盘头电机控制系统的原理图和盘头速度闭环控制系统框图,推导出盘头电机速度的计算公式及其与系统所对应的输入模拟量公式,编写出盘头电机速度控制的PLC程序.对改造老旧机电一体化设备的电气控制系统具有借鉴作用.

By studying the control system of the old warping machine pan head motor and on basis of SIEMENS S7-200 PLC,the research makes out the electrical schematic diagram and the block diagram of speed closed-loop control system.Formulas for line velocity calculation and its corresponding Input Analog Quantity,and thus the controlling PLC program are worked out.The study aims to provide practical reference information for the transformation of old-style mechatronics control system.
