摘要
在当前医患关系较为紧张的社会背景下,高职医学生人文素质教育须从医学教育开始,依托科学设置课程、深化教研教改、强化临床实习、提高教师综合素质、鼓励参与公益活动等措施,将医学生培养成博学、仁爱、严谨、创新的医学工作者。
Under the social background of intensive physician-patient relationship,humanistic education should be focused on medical education.Thus,the article,from the perspectives of constructing reasonable curriculum,deepening teaching research and reform,strengthening clinical practice,improving comprehensive competences of faculty members and also encourage them to join in public welfare activities,explores some measures to cultivate knowledgeable,kind,rigorous,creative medical workers.
