地方高职院校创新型科研团队建设的困境及对策

Dilemma and Countermeasures of Innovative Scientific Research Team Construction in Local Vocational Colleges

科研团队是地方高职院校开展科研工作的主要载体。现阶段,地方高职院校科研团队建设中较为普遍存在研究方向不集中、缺乏团队凝聚力和科学合理的管理机制、团队文化建设滞后、利益分配欠合理等问题。地方高职院校应从明确研究方向、完善考评制度、建设多元化团队、打造跨学科科研平台、加强团队文化建设等方面采取相应策略,以期提升创新型科研团队建设水平。

The scientific research team is the main carrier of scientific research in local vocational colleges.This paper analyzes some widespread problems of scientific research team construction in local higher vocational colleges,namely,research direction is not centralized,lack of team cohesion and reasonable management mechanism,lagging team culture construction,and unreasonable interest allocation,etc.This paper also proposes some strategies of clearing the research direction,perfecting evaluation system,building up diversified team,building interdisciplinary scientific research platform,strengthening team culture construction,etc,which will improve the level of innovative scientific research teamconstruction.
