国外农民培训对我国新型城镇化进程中农民培训的启示

Enlightenment of Foreign Peasants Training to Peasants Training in the Process of Urbanization in China

现阶段我国的新型职业农民培训处于试点阶段,与发达国家的农民培训相比仍存在很大的差距。该文通过分析英、美、德、韩、日等发达国家职业农民培训的经验,提出了其对我国新型农民培训的启示:一是通过立法来完善机制;二是构建新的培训体系;三是依托现代化教学手段,建设课程超市。

At present,new professional peasants training in our country is still in the pilot phase,but there is a big gap with foreign countries that specialized in peasants training.The article summarizes the vocational farmers training experience in developed countries such as U.K,U.S.A,Germany,South Korea,Japan,and puts forward some enlightenments of the new professional farmers'training in China.Here are so many enlightenments as follows:perfecting mechanismby legislation,building new training systemand constructing curriculumsupermarket based on modern teachingmethods.
