城市群与产业群联动发展的空间组织体系与模式研究——以洞庭湖生态经济区为例

Study on Spatial Organization System and Mode of Urban Agglomeration and Industrial Cluster Development——Taking Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone for Example

洞庭湖生态经济区建设是区域经济联动发展的必然选择,应着眼洞庭湖生态经济区城市群空间组织模式、城市群功能定位、产业区空间结构以及城市群与产业群的空间组织体系,从确定优化目标、建立指标体系、构建联动发展模型和验证联动发展模型等方面来构建洞庭湖生态经济区城市群与产业群联动发展模式,进而以促进洞庭湖区域产业经济的快速协调发展,加快湖区"五化协同"发展战略的有效实施。

The construction of Dongting lake ecological economic area is the inevitable choice of regional economic development in Dongting Lake.This paper mainly discusses the spatial pattern and functional orientation of urban agglomeration,the spatial structure of industrial area and the spatial organization system of urban agglomeration and industrial cluster in Dongting lake ecological economic zone,then summarizes that building urban agglomeration and industrial cluster development mode in Dongting lake ecological economic zone from four aspects of determining the optimization target,establishing the index system,constructing and verifying the linkage development model,which can further promote the coordinated development of regional industrial economy in Dongting Lake,accelerate the effective implementation of the"Five Lakes Collaborative"development strategy.
