少数民族大学生坚韧人格与学校适应的关系——以贵州苗族、布依族大学生为例 被引量:1

The relationship between personality hardiness and school adaptation of minority college students——Taking the college students of Buyei and Miao in Guizhou province as examples

摘要 为了解贵州省少数民族大学生坚韧性人格与学校适应的关系,以苗族、布依族大一学生为例,采用中国大学生坚韧人格评定量表和中国大学生适应量表。结果发现:苗族、布依族大一学生学校适应总体处于一般水平,坚韧人格处于中等偏上水平。除满意度因子,苗族男女学生在学校适应6因子和坚韧人格4因子均存在显著差异,男生得分高于女生;布依族男女生在挑战因子有显著差异,男生较高;苗族和布依族男生人际适应有显著差异;苗族和布依族女生在校园适应、情绪适应、自我适应和控制等因子上差异显著。学校适应和坚韧人格存在较紧密的联系(0.246~0.706)。控制、挑战和投入是影响学校适应的重要预测因素。 In order to find out the relationship between the hardiness personality of minority nationalities freshmen in Guizhou Province and their adaptation to new environments,this article takes Miao and Buyei nationality,which have the largest population in Guizhou province as examples,and applies the evaluation scale for the hardiness personality of Chinese postgraduate students and the CCSAS.The study found that the adaptation of Miao and Buyei nationalities freshmen is generally middle level,and the hardiness personality of then is upper middle level.The Miao nationalities male students and female students vary markedly in six factors of university adaptation and four factors of hardiness personality except satisfaction factor,moreover,the total score of male students is higher than that of female students;There are significant differences between Buyei nationalities male students and female students on challenge factor.There are also significant differences between Miao and Buyei nationalities male students on interpersonal adaptation and the score of Miao is higher;The Miao and Buyei nationalities female students vary remarkably in university adaptation,emotional adaptation,self-adaptation and controlling factors.University adaptation is closely related to hardiness personality(0.246-0.706).In addition,controlling,challenge and devotion factors are significant predictors of university adaptation.
