摘要
制备了一种铝硅酸盐矿物复合材料(AGC),用于净化含亚甲基蓝的印染废水。通过BET分析表明,AGC具有多孔径分布、大比表面积、低散失率等优良特性。研究了AGC用量、亚甲基蓝(MB)初始浓度、初始pH值及吸附时间对吸附MB的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺条件下,AGC对MB的平衡吸附量(qe)可达到59.62mg·g^(-1)。对使用过的复合材料利用750℃下焙烧1h进行脱附,重复利用5次后仍维持理想的吸附水平。吸附机制研究表明,吸附体系均符合Langmiur吸附等温线模型及准一级动力学模型;ΔG~θ<0、ΔH~θ<0、ΔS~θ>0,说明吸附过程为吸热反应,且在15~45℃温度下有利于反应顺利自发进行。
An aluminosilicate minerals/graphite composite(AGC)was prepared for absorbing Methylene Blue from dyeing wastewater.Analytic results of the AGC are illustrated by the techniques of BET,which reveals the excellent properties of multi aperture distribution,large specific surface area,low loss ratio and so on.A batch adsorption study was carried out with varied adsorbent dosage,initial concentration and pH,and reaction time.The results show that the equilibrium adsorption capacity(qe)of AGC to MB is 59.62 mg·g-1 under the best processing parameters.AGC might be re utilized as well after 5 times desorped by roasted under 750℃for 1 hour.The adsorption equilibrium and kinetics follow Langmuir and typical pseudo first order/pseudo second order adsorption MBdels.TherMBdynamic parameters ofΔG□<0,ΔH□<0,ΔS□>0 show that the adsorptions ares spontaneous and endothermic processes at temperature of 15-45℃.
