Implement the "Belt and Road" Education Action and Boost the "Double First-rate Construction":Based on the Case of Southwest University

"一带一路"倡议为沿线国家和地区带来了新的发展契机,也给中国高等教育带来了新机遇。高校要结合"双一流"建设,立足自身特色,集中优势资源,创新思路,找准适合"一带一路"战略发展的契合点和着力点,承担起教育对外开放的新使命。

"The Belt and Road Initiative"has provided new opportunities for the states and regions along the"Belt and Road".Universities should take measures in coordination with the"Double First-rate"construction:sustain their own characteristics,gather advantageous resources,innovate new ideas and paths,pinpoint the links where"Belt and Road Initiative"is combined with the educational endeavors,and take the responsibilities of opening up to the outside world.
