高等农业院校社会工作专业实习效果及影响因素研究——以陕西X高校为例

Analysis on the Practice Effect of Social Work Major in Agricultural Universities:Taking X University in Shaanxi as an Example

社会工作是一门注重实务操作的专业学科。社会工作专业实习是社工人才培养必不可少的环节。但是,就目前的社工实习状况来看,高等农业院校社会工作专业实习还存在实习机构专业性较弱,实习效果不理想,实习规划、监督机制不健全等问题。文章主要通过对陕西X农业高校社会工作专业大四学生的调查,从实习效果及其影响因素分析社会工作专业实习存在的主要问题,并提出针对性的建议,从而推动高等农业院校社会工作专业实践教学的发展。

Social work is a professional discipline focusing on the practical operations in social work and the professional practice of social work is an essential part of the training of social workers.However,in the current status of practice link of social work major education in agricultural universities,several problems exist such as unprofessional internship providers,discounted effect of practice,and inadequate practice planning and supervision mechanisms.Based on the survey on the social work practice conducted by senior students of X Agricultural University in Shaanxi Province,this article mainly analysed the main problems in the professional practice of the social work mjor from the angles of effect and influencing factors,and put forward some suggestions to promote the development of the practical teaching of the social work major in the agricultural universities.
