血清VCA-IgA、NA1-IgA、Zta-IgA检测在鼻咽癌筛查中的应用价值

Application value of VCA-IgA,NA1-IgA and Zta-IgA detection in screening of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨EB病毒壳抗原免疫球蛋白A(VCA-IgA)、EB病毒核抗原1免疫球蛋白A(NA1-IgA)、Zta蛋白抗体免疫球蛋白A(Zta-IgA)检测在鼻咽癌筛查中的应用价值。方法选择2010年2月至2016年4月收治的鼻咽癌患者100例为鼻咽癌组,并抽选同期因鼻咽部症状就诊的非鼻咽癌患者500例作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定两组患者血清VCA-IgA、NA1-IgA、Zta-IgA阳性率。结果两组间EB病毒的血清VCA-IgA、NA1-IgA、Zta-IgA检测阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3种EB病毒抗体联合诊断效力均高于单项指标,诊断灵敏度、特异度均达90.0%以上,阳性预测值达69.6%。结论3种EB病毒抗体指标联合检测对早期鼻咽癌的诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the application value of VCA-IgA,NA1-IgA,Zta-IgA detection in the screening of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 100 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated in our hospital from February 2010 to April 2016 were selected as the observation group,and all of them were confirmed by pathology;And 500 cases of non carcinoma diagnosed with nasopharyngeal symptoms in the same period were selected as control group;Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the positive rates of serum VCA-IgA,NA1-IgA and Zta-IgA in the three groups.Results The positive rates of serum VCA-IgA,NA1-IgA and Zta-IgA were significantly different between two groups(EB)(P<0.05).The results of combined diagnosis were higher than those of single diagnosis.The sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis were above 90.0%,and the positive predictive rate was 69.6%.Conclusion The combined detection of three kinds of antibodies against EB virus is of great value in the early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
