90后护理专业学生职业态度及带教对策

摘要 目的 探讨90后护理专业学生的行为特征和职业态度,为开展职业态度教育提供依据。方法 采用自设问卷和护士职业态度量表对232例90后护理专业学生进行调查和分析。结果 90后护理专业学生职业态度均分为(5.05±1.87)分,总体职业态度中立偏积极。结论 临床护理教师应重视90后护理专业学生的行为特征和职业态度,采用多种教学方式,培养90后护理专业学生形成稳定的职业态度。 Objective To explore the behavioral characteristics and professional attitude of the post-90s nursing students,provide the basis for professional attitude education.Methods Using the general information questionnaire and professional attitude scale 232 cases of the post-90s nursing students questionnaire.Results The professional attitude of nursing students were(5.05±1.87)minutes,overall career attitude neutral positive.Conclusion Clinical nursing teachers should pay attention to the behavioral characteristics and professional attitude of nursing students,using a variety of teaching methods,cultivating nursing students to form stable professional attitude.
