摘要
针对木薯块根收获时同步高效处理木薯茎秆的要求,研制了一种前悬挂于拖拉机、以液压马达为动力的立轴式木薯茎秆粉碎还田机,分单立轴粉碎和双立轴粉碎两种机型,与后悬挂于拖拉机的木薯块根挖掘收获机配合,可实现木薯秸秆粉碎还田、木薯块根挖掘收获联合作业。通过田间作业试验,对比了两种机型的作业性能,表明该设计有一定的实用性,并指出了其技术改进方向。
To get a high-activity processing of cassava straw when root harvesting,a kind of verticalspindle cassava straw chopper was designed and field tested,including single-spindle model and double-spindle model.The chopper was front suspended a tractor and driven by a hydro-motor.It could be cooperated with a cassava root harvester which rear-suspended the same tractor,and achieved a combination process.Through field testing,it showed the design was basically suitable for use.
