摘要
自西蒙·德·波伏娃宣称"女人不是天生的,而是生成的",人们开始从社会性别的视角关注女性的发展。近年来,市级电大女教师在职业发展中遭遇职务、职称、学历、成为教学名师等方面的"玻璃天花板",从社会性别的视角分析阻隔产生的原因,既有性别文化的约束,也有固有传统角色期待及女性自身成就动机低等因素的影响。要促进女性教师发展,实现两性共赢,需充分认识女教师发展的意义,建立具有性别差异的学校管理,增强女教师自我赋权。
Since Simone de Beauvoir declared that one is not born but becomes a woman,people began to pay attention to the development of women from the perspective of social gender.The female teachers of the municipal Radio and TV University inevitably encounter the"Glass Ceilings"of career development which include post,title,educational background,becoming a famous teacher,etc.The causes of those barriers are analyzed from the perspective of social gender,such as the constraints of gender culture,the expectations of inherent traditional roles,the low level of women's self-achievement motivation and so forth.In order to promote the development of female teachers and achieve gender win-win,we need to sufficiently understand the significance of female teachers'development,set up the school management with gender difference and enhance self-empowerment of female teachers.
