教育生态系统下的高职院校书院制建设探索

An Exploratory Study of Academy System Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Education Ecosystem

该文从教育生态系统视角出发,分析我国高职院校书院制教育环境,包括系统角色、结构层次的变化,阐述书院制教育系统的投入与产出,并运用决策分析方法,分别从决策结构、信息结构、动力结构归纳出书院制建设特点,建议从书院社区、组织、成员、文化环境等要素出发,探索高职院校书院制建设的不同路径,以提高高职院校育人质量和效果。

From the perspective of education ecosystem,this paper analyzes the educational environment of higher vocational colleges which includes the changes of system role and structural level,and illustrates the input and output of academy education system in China.The features of academy system are summed up by the method of decision analysis from decision structure,information structure and power structure respectively.In order to improve the quality and effect of higher vocational education,the author proposes exploring different way of constructing academy system from college community,organization,members,cultural environment and other elements in higher vocational colleges.
