摘要
"工匠精神"是一种包括敬业、精益、专注、创新等在内的职业精神。当前提倡"工匠精神",不仅是高职教育工作者应当承担的育人职责和使命,更是国家发展、民族振兴、学生成长成才的必然要求。在高职教育中,应发挥课程思政的全课程育人功能,通过优化课程体系、运用网络技术新手段、深化校企合作等途径来培育高职生的工匠精神,提升职业素养。
The craftsman spirit is a kind of professional spirit which includes dedication,lean,concentration,innovation and so on.At present,advocating the craftsman spirit is not only the obligation and mission of teaching staffs in higher vocational colleges,but the inevitable requirement for national development,national revitalization and students'development.In higher vocational education,the educational function of whole course should be fulfilled to cultivate higher vocational students'craftsman spirit and to enhance their professional quality through optimizing the curriculum system,utilizing new method of network technology and deepening cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
