摘要
为探讨高职生专业认同的现状及影响因素,采用自行设计的问卷对280名高职生进行调查。结果显示,高职生的专业认同度处于中等偏上水平(总体平均分为3.69),方差分析显示,随年级的升高,专业认同缓慢提升,自主选择专业及对学校学习条件的评价较高的学生的专业认同度较高,属于其他情况学生的专业认同度较低。专业认同受年级、报考志愿的选择方式、学校学习条件的评价三个因素的影响,学校应按照学生专业认同的发展规律采取相应的教育措施。
The thesis is to explore the status and influencing factors of professional identity of higher vocational students.The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 280 vocational college students.The result shows the professional identity of higher vocational students was on the middle level(the average score was 3.69).The variance analysis shows that with the increase of grade,professional identity slowly improved,students who chose their own majors and evaluated the school learning conditions were higher,while students who belonged to other situations were lower.The professional identity will be affected by grade,voluntary choice and evaluation of school learning conditions.The schools should provide corresponding educational measures according to the development law of students'professional identity.
