高职“教学研”声乐工作室经营教学模式探讨——以湖南民族职业学院为例

摘要 "教学研"声乐工作室经营教学模式是指在经营教学过程中,参加培训的学生与工作室教师相互影响、相互作用、和谐共生的经营教学新模式,其以项目承包制为运行方式,强化教师学习方法、工作方法、行为能力的培养,工学结合,注重学生兴趣培养,突出学生个性发展,促进学生理论水平与实践操作能力有效提高,使学生声乐职业岗位所需的职业技能得到培养。 The teaching mode of"Teaching,Learning and Research"vocal music studio management is a new management teaching mode which influences students and teachers each other,interacts and coexists harmoniously.It takes the project contract system as the operation mode,strengthening the cultivation of teachers'study methods,work methods and behavior ability,combining study with work.Moreover,it pays attention to the training of students'interest,highlighting the development of students'personality,boosting the effective improvement of students'theoretical level and practical operation ability.Ultimately,students'vocational skills of vocal music position have been developed.
