摘要 混合所有制是在产权所有制不同的经济主体之间,通过整合、重组、调配后形成的一种新的经济形式。混合所有制高职院校是高职院校在发展过程中由外延式发展转向内涵式发展的重要体现。发展混合所有制高职院校,就是要增强校企合作,要从专业结构调整、现代学徒制人才培养、教师培育、共建实习实训基地和协同创新中心等方面进行改革,实现校企双方互惠共赢,要积极引入第三方机构,共同评价人才培养质量。目前,发展混合所有制高职院校还需要从院系两级运作与机构人事改革、绩效评价和分配机制等方面进行完善。 The mixed ownership is a new economic form that formed by after the integration,reorganization and allocation between different economic subjects.The mixed ownership of higher vocational colleges is an important embodiment of converting denotative into connotative development.It’s to develop the mixed ownership of the higher vocational institutions,which could enhance school-enterprise cooperation and reform from these aspects of professional structure adjustment,modern apprenticeship talent training,teacher training and construction of practice bases and collaborative innovation center,so as to achieve mutual benefit between school and enterprises.At the same time,we should actively introduce third-party institutions to jointly evaluate the quality of talent cultivation.At present,the development of mixed-ownership vocational colleges should be improved from two levels of operation and institutional personnel reform,performance evaluation and allocation mechanism.
