摘要
该文基于扬州工业职业技术学院2016届毕业生就业数据,围绕充分就业、适配就业、导向就业、创新就业等就业质量相关要素开展调查,探析高职院校毕业生高质量就业的现状及存在的问题;从教育教学改革、就创业平台搭建、就业指导全程渗透、培养双创能力等方面对如何提升高职毕业生就业质量提出了相应的建议。
Based on the employment datum of the 2016 graduates in the Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute,this article investigates the related factors of employment quality such as full employment,adaptive employment,oriented employment,and innovative employment,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of high-quality employment of graduates of higher vocational colleges.This article puts forward corresponding recommendations ranging from the education and teaching reform,the establishment of the entrepreneurial platform,the full penetration of employment guidance,and the ability cultivation of dual-creativity and other aspects on how to improve the employment quality of higher vocational graduates.
