农村中职专业课教师定向培养课程探析——以湖南省为例

摘要 职教师资培养课程的结构与实施方式主要由职教教师的知识结构决定,"定向培养"课程是基于"双师型"教师培养目标以及"三性合一"的知识结构特点而设置的。对"培养计划"课程的课程设置与实施进行调查研究,发现其存在培养主体间课程衔接不畅、专业课程与教师教育课程融合度不高、课程内容陈旧、课程过度覆盖等问题。基于问题构建课程衔接体系、加强专业类课程与教师教育课程融合,搭建网络课程自主学习平台,对定向培养计划课程的优化具有实质参考价值。 The structure and implementation of vocational teacher training courses are mainly determined by the knowledge structure of vocational education teachers.The"training-orientated"courses are set by the training objectives based on"dual-professional"teachers and the knowledge structure of"three-in-one".The investigation and research on the curriculum setting and implementation of the"cultivation plan"course showed that there are some existing problems such as poorly cooperated courses,lack of integration of professional courses with teacher education courses,obsolete course content,and excessive course coverage.Therefore,we could construct a system of linking courses,strengthen the integration of professional courses and teacher education courses,and set up a self-learning platform for online courses,etc.,so as to provide substantial reference value for the optimization of directional training program courses.
