摘要 铝液温度在铸件工艺中是非常重要的参数,控制其温度恒定非常重要。以PLC为控制核心,构建系统硬件组成部分,以模糊控制和PID控制构成的模糊PID控制器对温度进行实时参数整定,实现对铝液温度的实时控制。通过MATLAB中的Simulink软件进行系统仿真,对仿真的曲线进行分析,结果表明,模糊PID控制在此系统中可以实现参数自动整定,能够快速地控制其温度恒定,提高系统稳定性。 The temperature of molten aluminum is a very important parameter in the casting process.It is very important to control the temperature of the molten aluminum.With PLC as the control core,the hardware components of the system are constructed.The fuzzy PID controller consisting of fuzzy control and PID control is used to adjust the temperature in real time,and real-time control of the temperature of the aluminum liquid is achieved.The system simulation is performed through the Simulink software in MATLAB.The simulation curve is analyzed.The results showed that the fuzzy PID control can automatically adjust the parameters,which can quickly control the temperature and improve the system's stability.
