习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想包含以人民安全为宗旨的总体国家安全观。总体国家安全观在形态实质上是一种"场域安全",在价值取向上是一种"共享安全",是确保人民"安全感"获得的总方针,并为社会安全的范式建构与"枫桥经验"的范式转型提供了新的价值指向。"安全感"的获得是一个社会和谐与否及文明与否的基础性标志。"枫桥经验"的理论范式转型,要凸显的是总体国家安全观的指导,安全的"主体""客体"和"主体间"相互关联的整体逻辑架构,使"安全感"的获得与保障成为社会安全的标志,"场域安全"的建构成为社会安全的实质,"共享安全"的实现成为社会安全的根本途径。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics contains the overall national security outlook whose aim is to ensure people’s safety.As the fundamental principle to obtain the“sense of security”,the overall national security outlook is a“field security”in essence and a“shared security”in value.This outlook provides a new value orientation for the paradigm construction of social security and the paradigm transformation of“Fengqiao Experience”.To obtain the“sense of security”is a basic symbol of social harmony and civilization.The transformation of the theoretical paradigm of“Fengqiao Experience”should highlight the holistic logical structure of correlation of“subject”,“object”and“inter-subjective”,thus ensuring the obtainment and protection of the“sense of security”as a symbol of societal security,the construction of“field security”as the essence of societal security,and the realization of“shared security”as the fundamental approach to societal security.
