景气指数:中小企业领域一项开拓性基础研究——中国中小企业景气指数研究综述(2011—2017)

Climate index: a pioneering basic study on the research field of small and medium enterprises: a review of studies on Chinese SMEs' climate index(2011—2017)

浙江工业大学中国中小企业研究院课题组在国内率先开展有关中小企业景气监测、景气指数开发及编制的前沿基础研究工作,2011年以来连续七年公开发布、出版《中国中小企业景气指数研究报告》,产生了较大学术影响和社会影响。简要梳理国内外景气指数研究前沿,回顾中国中小企业景气指数的编制流程与评价方法内容,分析总结该项研究工作的阶段性成果,并展望今后的研究方向。

As a“barometer”of the dynamic development of China’s Micro,Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs),studies on Chinese SMEs’climate index have important academic and application values.For seven consecutive years since 2011,the research team from China Institute for Small and Medium Enterprises,Zhejiang University of Technology has been leading the basic studies on SMEs climate index monitoring,development and compilation.It has published“Climate Index Report of Chinese SMEs”,which has great academic and social impacts.This paper briefly summarizes the research frontiers of climate index both home and abroad,reviews the compilation process and the evaluation method of Chinese SMEs’climate index,analyzes the periodical achievement of this research,and points to future research directions.
