哈萨克斯坦向中国供应铀矿的安全分析

中国铀矿国内产量不能满足未来核电产业大规模发展的需求,作为海外开发的主要投资对象国之一和我国天然铀最大的进口来源国,哈萨克斯坦铀资源的稳定供应对我国核电的安全发展意义重大。本文在分析哈萨克斯坦铀矿资源现状的基础上,对哈萨克斯坦向中国供应铀矿的影响因素进行了分析,指出2025年以后哈萨克斯坦向中国的铀资源出口量已不能满足中国的铀资源年需求量,未来哈萨克斯坦的铀矿资源争夺战日趋激烈,最后提出相关的对策与建议:增加勘查力度、提升国内开发;扩大进口渠道、建设适当储备;深化战略合作、扩大海外投资。

China's domestic uranium production can t meet the needs of the future large-scale development of nuclear power industry.As a major investor andChina's largest natural uranium import country,stable supply of Kazakhstan s uranium resources is important to the sustainable development of the nuclear power industry in China.Based on the analysis of the status quo of uranium resources in Kazakhstan,this paper analyzes the status and influencing factors of uranium supply to China,indicats that after 2025 Kazakhstan toChina's uranium export capacity has been unable to meetChina's annual demand for uranium resources,the future of Kazakhstan s uranium mining competition is becoming increasingly fierce and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions:to increas exploration,raising domestic development;to expand import channels,establish appropriate reserves;to deepen strategic cooperation,expand overseas investment.
