摘要
针对邢东矿12212工作面赋存较深、煤层厚度较大,且位于村庄下难以开采的问题,本文采用理论分析法对工作面开采难点、矸石充填开采液压支架与围岩的关系进行了研究。基于相关研究,确定了自夯式矸石充填液压支架的选型原则与要求,同时通过理论计算得出液压支架的支护强度、工作阻力等参数,并进行现场应用。结果表明自夯式矸石充填液压支架应用成功,深部矸石充填技术实现了对地表沉降的有效控制,且开采过后地表破坏等级属于1级程度,基本无破坏。
Aiming at the problems of larger buried depth,larger thickness of coal seam under the village,which is hard to mine in 12212 working face of Xingdong mine.In this paper,the difficulties of mining and relationship between hydraulic support and surrounding rock of gangue filling mining are studied by methods of theoretical analysis.Based on related research,the principle and requirements of the type selection of the self-ramming gangue filling hydraulic support are determined,and the parameters such as support strength and working resistance of the hydraulic support are calculated through theoretical method,then field application is carried out.The results show that the self-ramming gangue filling hydraulic support has been successfully applied,and surface subsidence has been effectively controlled by gangue filling technology in deep mine,and the level of surface damage after mining is level 1,basically without damage.
