摘要
为了满足P波段环行器小型化、宽带化、大功率的技术需求,通过原理分析,采用准集中参数的工作模式,结合HFSS电场仿真软件和ANSYS热力学软件设计制作了一款P波段宽带大功率小型化铁氧体环行器。结果表明,在60 mm×60 mm×26 mm的体积下可实现50%带宽,通过峰值功率2 k W,电压驻波比1.5,插入损耗0.6d B,隔离度13 d B。
In order to meet the requirements for miniaturization,wideband and high power of P-band circulator,combining electromagnetic simulation software HSFF and thermodynamics software software ANASYS,a P-band wideband high power and miniature ferrite circulator was designed and fabricated based on“lumped parameter”mode.It shows that the designed circulator features a relative bandwidth of 50%,peak power of 2 kW,VSWR of 1.5,insert loss of 0.6 dB and isolation of 13 dB under a measurements of 60 mm×60 mm×26 mm.
