摘要
本文提出了一种离心压缩机备件转子新的制造方法,即多级离心压缩机叶轮逆向工程气动设计。以某多级离心压缩机机组为研究对象,对叶轮进行逆向工程气动设计。首先,分析机组数据表参数,反求各级叶轮气动性能,并以此作为设计目标;然后,在保证所有定子组件及子午结构不变前提下,进行叶轮设计,并对设计方案的气动性能和力学强度进行校核;最后,预测离心压缩机组的气动性能曲线。计算结果表明,设计点的气动性能、稳定运行工况范围以及强度性能均满足原压缩机机组的要求。
This paper presents a new manufacturing method of replacement parts rotor for centrifugal compressor,that is,aerodynamic design of reverse engineering of multi-stages centrifugal compressor impeller.Firstly,the compressor unit’s datasheet is analyzed to calculate the aerodynamic performance of impeller in different stages.Take the aerodynamic performance as a design goal.Secondly,the impeller design is performed while all the stator components and the meridian structure are unchanged.Thirdly,the aerodynamic performance and mechanical strength of the design scheme were checked.Finally,the prediction of the centrifugal compressor unit’s aerodynamic performance curves was carried out.The calculation results show that the aerodynamic performance of the design point,the steady operating range and the mechanical properties all meet the original compressor unit's specifications.
