摘要 中高职"3+2"分段人才培养模式是指由中职学校与高职院校合作,面向初中毕业生,通过中招考试择优录取职业教育人才,由联合培养院校共同制定职业技能人才一体化培养方案。高职院校发挥引领作用,中职学校发挥基础作用,联合开展产业人才需求、专业设置调研,开发中高职相衔接的课程体系。本文主要以计算机网络技术专业为例,描述了中高职"3+2"分段培养"明确岗位,分层实施,模块培养"课程体系建设对中高职课程体系衔接问题的研究。 The“3+2”staged talent cultivation mode in middle and higher vocational schools refers to the one facing graduates from junior middle schools in which middle and higher vocational schools cooperate to admit the best vocational education talents through senior high school examinations,then joint-cultivating institutions work together to formulate the integrated cultivation plan for them.Higher vocational schools play the leading role while middle ones take the fundamental part.They jointly carry out investigations on talent demand and major configuration and develop the course system connecting them.Mainly taking the major of computer network technology as an example,this article describes the research about the construction of the course system characterized by“clarified position,stratified implementation and modularized cultivation”in the“3+2”staged cultivation in middle and higher vocational schools and its influence on the problem of course system linking in middle and higher vocational schools.
