摘要
由于软件产业快速发展吸引了大量从业人员加入,故通过合理的考试政策进行选拔以确保提升该产业健康合理发展显得尤为重要。因此本文通过对考试期间发放的满意度调查问卷数据及计算机软件行业发展的地区差异出发,科学考察并研究了江苏省各地级市的行业人才区分度情况。目前的人才评价研究中,对行业人才的空间分布研究较少,缺乏对人才区分能力的评价。本文以政策、人才、资源等评价体系的相关研究为参考,构建出完整的人才区分度评价指标体系,并由此作出空间分析。结果表明,行业人才区分度呈现明显的自南向北逐渐递减的特征,且人才具有向大城市集聚的特点。希冀通过对行业人才空间分布情况的研究,给相关政策制定与修改提供一定的建议和依据。
As the rapid development of software industry has attracted a large number of employees to join,it is particularly important to choose a reasonable examination policy to ensure the healthy and reasonable development of the industry.Therefore,based on the questionnaire survey data released during the examination period and the regional differences in the development of computer software industry,this paper scientifically inspected and studied the division of industrial talent zones in all levels of Jiangsu province.In the current research on talent evaluation,there are few studies on the spatial distribution of talents in the industry and lack of evaluation on the ability to distinguish talents.Based on the related research of policy,talent and resources evaluation system,this paper builds a complete index system of talent evaluation,and makes spatial analysis.The result shows that the division of talent area in the industry is obviously decreasing from the south to the north,and the talent has the characteristics of gathering in the big cities.We hope to provide some suggestions and basis for the formulation and modification of relevant policies through the study of the spatial distribution of talents in the industry.
