多部门合作精细化管理在急救车管理中的效果分析

目的探讨多部门合作精细化管理在急救车管理中的应用效果。方法 32名护士作为研究对象,将精细化管理原则应用于急诊科护士药品知晓率管理培训、急诊药品物品优化分区的全过程中,通过培训前、后对护士抢救车药品使用知晓率进行考核,药品交接核查时间、药品物品取用熟练程度以及跟车医师的满意度水平进行前后对比分析,观察多部门合作精细化管理在急救车管理中的是否起到明显效果。结果培训后急诊科护士对急救车药品知识掌握评分明显高于培训前(P<0.05);培训后交接时间明显优于培训前(P<0.05);培训后,医师对急诊科护士物品找寻熟练程度评分明显高于培训前(P<0.05);配合满意度评分明显高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论在急救车管理中开展多部门合作精细化培训后,急诊科护士对急救车药品知识掌握水平有明显提升,交接效率提高,随车医师对护士评价高,值得进行推广普及。

Objective To investigate the application effects of multi-section cooperation refined management in ambulance management.Methods A total of 32 nurses were enrolled as research subjects.The refined management principle was used in the management training of drug awareness of nurses in department of emergency and in the whole process of emergency medicine items optimal partition.The effects of multi-section cooperation refined management in ambulance management were analyzed through the examination of application awareness of resuscitation cart drugs of nurses,and the verification time of drug delivery,the proficiency degree of drug application as well as the satisfaction degree of the doctors in ambulance.Results After training,the scores of mastering knowledge of ambulance drugs of nurses in emergency department were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.05).And the handing over time and taking over time of ambulance drugs were significantly superior than those before training(P<0.05).After training,the scores of proficiency degree of doctors in looking for drugs of nurses in emergency department were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.05),moreover,the satisfaction degree scores of cooperation were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.05).Conclusion After refined management training of muti-section cooperation in ambulance management,the mastery levels of ambulance drugs knowledge and delivery efficiency of nurses in emergency department are significantly increased,moreover,the appreciation of doctors in ambulance for nurses is increased,therefor,which is worthy of popularization and application.
