一种小型化波导合成器的设计

摘要 在现代雷达收发组件中,受限于单片功率输出及组件的体积要求,需要采用功率合成的方式提高组件的发射功率。本文基于波导T型节进行小型化功率合成,设计出了一种Ka频段新型波导合成器,通过HFSS软件仿真,频带内插入损耗达到0.2dB,反射达到20dB,驻波比达到1.2,实测结果显示:频带内合成效率达到了95.2%,而且易于加工及系统集成,可以广泛应用于组件小型化设计。 It is required to increase transmitting power of T/R module in modern radar since requirement for power output and size of single module is limited.A noval Ka-band waveguide combiner is designed to perform miniaturized power combining on basis of waveguide T junction.It is proved with HFSS software simulation that insertion loss in-band reaches 0.2dB,reflection reaches 20dB,standing wave ratio reaches 1.2.The practical measured result shows that combining efficiency in-band reaches 95.2%and it can be fabricated and integrated easily in system;and can be widely used in miniaturization design of module.
