六安市油茶产业发展的SWOT分析及其策略

SWOT Analysis on and Strategies for Industrial Development of Camellia oleifera in Lu’an City

以SWOT分析法的原理为基础,综合考察六安市油茶产业发展内部条件和外部环境,发现六安油茶产业发展在资源禀赋条件、区位和扶贫带动等方面有较强的优势,在行业吸引力、三产发展、经营水平、市场认识等方面存在劣势;此外,其在产业政策支持、市场需求、交通物流等方面也面临着较好的外部机遇,但在市场竞争、贸易壁垒、劳务资源和低温冻害方面存在挑战。在此分析基础上,提出优化营商环境、提升经营水平和创新发展模式的产业发展策略。

In this paper,based on principles of SWOT analysis,a comprehensive survey was made on the internal conditions and outside environment for industrial development of Camellia oleifera in Lu’an City.It was found that the city has great advantages for the development in such aspects as its resource endowment conditions,location and leading role in poverty relief,but has disadvantages in industry attractiveness,tertiary industry development,management level and market perception.Besides,the city has good outside opportunities for the development in aspects including supportive industrial policies,market demand and transportation logistics,but faces challenges in such aspects as market competition,trade barrier,labor resources and frozen injuries.Based on the analysis,some industrial development strategies were put forward including optimizing business environment,improving management level and innovating development models.
