高校大学生创新创业活动现状调查研究——以平顶山市高校为例

Research on Investigating the Current Situation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Colleges Students——Taking Colleges and Universities in Pingdingshan City as Examples

切实有效地开展"双创"教育培训活动,有利于大学生通过"创新、创业"来实现自我的人生价值,同时可以提高大学生的适应能力和应对挑战的能力,提高创业的成功率。本文分析了平顶山市高等院校"双创"工作开展的现状,依据平顶山市地方经济特点和各高校的实际情况,提出了引入创业心理测评体系和创业素质评价系统、加强创业政策的引导和支持、鼓励大学生到农村创业、提高大学生自身素质、强化大学生创业教育、优化建立"双创型"人才培养机制、强化第二课堂、构建针对"双创型"人才合理的评价体系、完善师资结构建设等对策和建议。

Effectively carrying out"double-creation"education and training activities is conducive for col.lege students to realize their own value of life via"innovation and entrepreneurship".At the same time,it can im.prove students'ability to adapt and respond to challenges,and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.This paper analyzed the status quo of the"double-creation"work in Pingdingshan higher education colleges and universities.Based on the local economic characteristics of Pingdingshan City and the actual conditions of various universities,it was proposed to introduce entrepreneurial psychological assessment system and entrepre.neurial quality evaluation system,strengthen entrepreneurial policy guidance and support,encourage college students to rural entrepreneurship,improve the quality of college students,strengthen entrepreneurship educa.tion for college students,optimize the establishment of"double-creation"talent training mechanism,strengthen the second classroom,build a reasonable evaluation system for"double-creation"talents,and improve the teachers'structure construction and other countermeasures and suggestions.
