摘要
目的阐述案例教学在原发性肝癌临床教学中的应用方法,观察应用效果。方法选取本院的实习生作为样本,根据教学方法的不同,将其分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规方法教学,观察组采用案例教学法教学,对比两组的教学效果。结果观察组学生理论考核成绩(90.80±1.69)分、临床考核成绩(91.43±1.22)分、学生临床分期教学质量评分(38.01±0.97)分、诊断教学质量评分(27.89±1.02)分、治疗教学质量评分(29.00±1.00)分,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床可将案例教学法,应用到原发性肝癌教学过程中。通过为学生列举病例的方式,提高教学质量,使学生对原发性肝癌临床知识的掌握水平能够得到进一步的提升。
Objective To explain the application of case teaching in the clinical teaching of primary liver cancer and to observe the effect of the application.Methods The interns of our hospital were selected as samples and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different teaching methods.The control group was taught by routine method,and the observation group was taught by case teaching method,and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,the theoretical examination score was(90.80±1.69),the score of clinical assessment was(91.43±1.22),the score of teaching quality was(38.01±0.97),the diagnostic teaching quality score was(27.89±1.02),the score of the teaching quality was(29.00±1.00).Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching method can be applied to the teaching of primary liver cancer.Through the way of enumerating cases for students,the quality of teaching can be improved and students'level of clinical knowledge of primary liver cancer can be further improved.
