PBC教学和临床路径教学在急诊护理本科实习带教的作用 被引量:11

The Role of PBC Teaching and Clinical Pathway Teaching in the Teaching of Emergency Nursing Undergraduate

摘要 目的探讨在急诊护理本科实习生带教过程中采用PBC教学结合临床路径教学法对教学质量的改善作用。方法收集我院2016级和2017级护理本科生共96名,随机分为对照组和观察组各48名,两组学生均采用相同的教材,授课时间均为2学时,教师为同组师资人员。对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组采用临床路径教学法结合PBC教学模式,教学结束后,对学生进行考试,考试内容为理论考试及综合能力测试,观察学习积极性提高、学习兴趣提高及教学方法评价。结果观察组摸底考试成绩、理论考试成绩及综合能力考试成绩均高于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组学习积极性提高、学习兴趣提高及教学方法评价良好人数分别为31名(64.58%)、24名(50.00%)、34名(70.83%),观察组学习积极性提高、学习兴趣提高及教学方法评价良好人数分别为40名(83.33%)、38名(79.17%)、44名(91.67%),观察组学习积极性提高、学习兴趣提高及教学方法评价良好人数高于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护理本科实习生带教过程中,采用PBC教学结合临床路径教学法能有效的提高实习生的学习兴趣,改善学习成绩,提高综合实践能力具有重要的作用。 Objective In the process of teaching undergraduate interns in emergency nursing,PBC teaching combined with clinical pathway teaching method is used to improve the teaching quality.Methods A total of 96 undergraduates of 2016 and 2017 grade in our college were collected,divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group.The same teaching materials were used for both groups of students.The teaching time was 2 hours and the teachers were the same group of teachers.The control group was given the conventional teaching model.The observation group was given the clinical pathway teaching method combined with the PBC teaching model.After the teaching was over,the students were tested.The examination content was the theoretical examination and comprehensive ability test.The improvement of the observation enthusiasm,interest in learning and teaching methods,then,The improvement of learning enthusiasm,interest in learning and teaching methods were observed.Results The scores of practice examination test scores,theoretical test scores,and comprehensive ability test scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of learning enthusiasm,interest in learning,and evaluation of teaching methods in the control group were 31(64.58%),24(50.00%),and 34(70.83%),respectively.The observation group had improved learning enthusiasm,interest in learning,and teaching methods.The number of well-estimated individuals was 40(83.33%),38(79.17%),and 44(91.67%).The number of participants in the observation group who had improved learning enthusiasm,interest in learning,and good evaluation of teaching methods was higher than that in the control group.Statistical differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of teaching in emergency nursing undergraduate interns,PBC teaching combined with clinical path teaching method can effectively improve students'interest in learning,improve academic performance and improve the comprehensive practical ability.
