临床型研究生SCI论文撰写及发表的教学体会

Experiences in Teaching Clinical-oriented Graduate Students to Write and Publish Scientific Papers in SCI-indexed Journals

随着我国医疗卫生行业的飞速发展,医学院校及其附属医院愈发认识到科学研究促进自身发展的重要性。由于SCI(science citation index,科学引文索引)收录的论文在一定程度上代表了各学科的国际学术前沿,SCI论文是目前衡量科研成果的一项重要考核指标,熟练掌握SCI论文的撰写及发表是每位优秀的临床型医学研究生在求学阶段必须掌握的技能。但是,由于医学院校附属医院临床型学位研究生临床学习任务繁重,科研工作在时间、精力和研究基础上均存在很大局限性,撰写SCI论文既存在天然的语言障碍,亦缺乏系统学习相关的写作知识和技巧。据此,本文从临床选题、数据收集、统计分析、撰写技巧、期刊选择等多方面,探讨医学院校附属医院科研型研究生SCI论文撰写及发表的培养体会。

With the rapid development of the health care system in China,medical university and its affiliated hospital have come to realize the important role of scientific research in the development.Since papers included by science Citation Index(SCl)relatively reflect the frontiers of every international research fields,publishing high quality medical papers in journals indexed by SCI is a critical skill which clinical-oriented graduate students must master.However,because of the busy schedule in clinical work,clinical-oriented graduate students are usually unnumbered at time,energy and fundamental research.The difficulty to publish a paper in SCIindexed journals is not only the result of natural barrier of language,but also of their inadequate writing skills due to lack of systematic learning.Consequently,we will focus on relevant issues,including clinical research selection,data collection,statistical analysis,paper writing as well as journal selection in this paper.
