摘要
目的了解奉节县中医护理人力资源配置及中医护理工作开展情况,为各级医疗机构及卫生行政部门优化中医护理队伍配置提供依据。方法自行设计《中医护理人力资源调查问卷》,内容包括个人基本情况、护理教育背景、中医护理继续教育、中医疗法的知晓情况、影响中医护理开展的因素、医院是否应该配置中医护士及配置标准建议。采取整群抽样法,对全县1所中医医疗机构及43所非中医医疗机构中684名护士进行问卷调查。结果中医医疗机构与非中医医疗机构中具有中医护理教育背景人员均较少;中医护理继续医学教育参学形式以院内组织及科内组织的形式进行;具有中医护理教育背景的护士数量少,中医护理继续医学教育缺乏针对性是影响中医护理开展的主要因素;中医医疗机构与非中医医疗机构均应配置中医护士,配置标准缺乏准确的建议。结论优化护理队伍结构,加大中医护士配置比例;提升护理队伍能力,拓宽中医护理继续教育内涵;完善中医护士配备标准,推动中医护理学科发展。
Objective To solve the situation of TCM nursing human resource allocation and TCM nursing work in fengjie county,and to provide basis for optimizing the allocation of TCM nursing team for medical institutions and health administrative departments at all levels.Methods The TCM nursing human resource survey was designed,the content including personal basic situation,nursing education background,awareness of nursing continuing education of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine therapy and the influencing factors of TCM nursing to carry out,and whether the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine should be configured nurses and standard advice.The questionnaire survey was conducted among 684 nurses in 1 TCM medical institutions and 43 nontraditional Chinese medicine institutions.Results Traditional Chinese medicine medical institutions and non-traditional Chinese medical institutions had less background personnel in nursing education;traditional Chinese medicine nursing continues to be carried out in the form of internal organization and internal organization;the number of nurses with the background of traditional Chinese medicine nursing education is few,the lack of pertinence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing is the main factor influencing the development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing;and the traditional Chinese medicine medical institutions and non-traditional Chinese medical institutions should be equipped with TCM nurses,and the configuration standard lacks accurate advice.Conclusion Optimize the structure of nursing team and increase the proportion of nurses in TCM;Improve nursing team ability,expand TCM nursing to continue education connotation;We will improve the standard of TCM nurses and promote the development of TCM nursing disciplines.
