肾结核的CT表现及CT诊断价值探究

CT Manifestation and Diagnostic Value of Renal Tuberculosis

目的探讨肾结核的CT表现与CT诊断价值。方法选择2017年1月—2018年2月我院收治的肾结核患者60例作为观察对象,60例患者均给予CT平扫与增强扫描,对CT平扫的特征进行回顾与总结。结果 60例患者出现单发性肾髓质髓腔的患者有14例,多发性的患者有28例。36例患者呈现肾盂、肾盏与输尿管增厚的现象,局部的官腔呈现出不规则性扩张、狭窄,病灶有不同样性状钙化的患者有40例,肾脏体积改变的患者有38例。肾实质密度不均匀、不强化、强化程度较低的患者有30例,表明肾功能衰竭。结论肾结核采用CT扫描,能够明显的发现肾结核图像特征,在早期肾结核诊断与临床应用当中具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the CT manifestations of renal tuberculosis and the value of CT diagnosis.Methods 60 cases of renal tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the observation objects.60 patients were given CT plain scan and enhanced scan.The characteristics of CT scan were reviewed and summarized.Results There were 14 cases of single renal medullary medullary cavity in 60 patients and 28 cases of multiple patients.36 patients showed renal pelvis and ureter thickening effect,local lumen showed irregular dilatation and stricture,the lesions are not the same characters of calcification in 40 patients,renal volume change in patients with 38 cases.Renal failure was demonstrated in 30 patients with inhomogeneous renal parenchyma density,non enhancement,and low intensification.Conclusion The CT scan of renal tuberculosis can clearly show the image characteristics of renal tuberculosis,which is of great value in the early diagnosis and clinical application of renal tuberculosis.
