老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的临床治疗及效果观察

Clinical Treatment and Effect Observation on Senile Osteoporotic Proximal Humeral Fracture

目的探讨锁定钢板联合抗骨质疏松药物治疗老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法 2012年9月—2015年12月我院选取了骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的老年患者50例开展研究分析,把患者分组为对照组和试验组,均有25例,对照组患者接受锁定钢板治疗,试验组接受锁定钢板和抗骨质疏松联合治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果试验组患者的治疗优良率是88.0%,平均骨折愈合时间(95.20±2.96)d;对照组的治疗优良率是64.0%,平均骨折愈合时间(117.63±2.91)d,两组的治疗优良率和骨折愈合时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板、抗骨质疏松药物联合治疗老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的效果比较优秀,能够预防并发症,促进患者的康复,患者平均愈合时间和愈合优良率均比较理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate combined with anti osteoporosis drugs in the treatment of senile osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures.Methods From September 2012 to December 2015,50 elderly patients with osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures were selected for research and analysis in our hospital,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,25 cases in each group,the control group was given locking plate treatment,the experimental group was given locking plate and a combination of anti osteoporosis treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was 88%,and the average fracture healing time was(95.20±2.96)d.The excellent and good rate of the control group was 64%,and the average fracture healing time was(117.63±2.91)d.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Locking plate and anti osteoporosis drugs are effective in the treatment of osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures in the elderly,can prevent complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients,patients with the average healing time and healing quality were ideal.
