分析可吸收螺钉对于骨关节骨折的临床治疗效果

The Clinical Effect of Absorbable Screws for Fracture of Bone and Joint

目的研究可吸收螺钉对于骨关节骨折的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的40例骨关节骨折患者为研究对象,根据电脑抽签的方式随机分为观察组与对照组,各20例,对照组接受传统手术治疗方式,观察组接受可吸收螺钉手术治疗方式,观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组手术综合有效率与满意度显著高于对照组,不良反应率显著低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论可吸收螺钉手术方式治疗骨关节骨折疗效显著,能够有效提升手术效果,缩短恢复时间,降低不良反应,满意度高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of absorbable screws in the treatment of bone and joint fractures.Methods 40 cases of bone and joint fracture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research object.According to the computer drawing,the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 20 cases,the control group was given the traditional surgical treatment,the observation group was given the treatment formula of absorbable screw operation,and the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The operative efficiency and comprehensive satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of absorbable screw in the treatment of bone and joint fracture is significant.It can effectively improve the effect,shorten the recovery time,reduce the adverse reaction,and have high satisfaction.
