重型颅脑损伤行冠状切口双额部去骨瓣减压术的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Bilateral Frontal Flap Decompression in Severe Craniocerebral Injury With Coronal Incision

目的分析重型颅脑损伤患者应用冠状切口双额部去骨瓣减压术治疗的临床效果。方法 2014年5月—2016年10月,于我院收治的重型颅脑损伤患者中选取50例,采用冠状切口双额部去骨瓣减压术对其进行治疗,研究其临床治疗效果。结果 20例患者为中度残疾,其中有部分患者的生活自理能力恢复正常;有8例患者为重度残疾;2例患者植物生存;还有2例患者死亡,其中有1例患者的死亡原因为多器官功能衰竭,1例为脑水肿、广泛性脑挫伤。结论冠状切口双额部去骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bilateral frontal bone flap decompression in patients with severe craniocerebral injury with coronal incision.Methods From May 2014 to October 2016,50 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were treated with bilateral frontal decompression through coronal incision.Results 20 patients with moderate disability,some of them with normal self-care ability,8 patients with severe disability,2 patients with vegetative survival,and 2 patients died.The cause of death in one patient was multiple organ failure.1 patient had cerebral edema,extensive brain contusion.Conclusion The treatment of severe craniocerebral injury by double frontalis decompression with coronal incision is very effective and has good clinical value.
